What to Expect
Our groups generally have one therapist facilitator and up to 10 participants. Group sessions are typically about 90 minutes long, though this can vary by specific group. Some group participants also attend individual therapy, while others opt to only participate in group meetings.
Groups focus on a specific topic, which can range from stress management and anxiety reduction to building healthier relationships and enhancing self-esteem. Each session is designed to provide valuable tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, learn from others, and receive guidance from our skilled therapists.
